Courtney Aldrich, MEd
Our Consultant
Courtney Aldrich brings over 25 years of dedicated experience in higher education to her role as the Associate Director of the Institute for Leadership Advancement. In this capacity, she holds a multifaceted role overseeing operational functions, imparting career and professional development courses, and providing personalized coaching to more than 150 students annually.
Central to Courtney's approach are the Highlands Ability Battery and a holistic, whole-person methodology, both integral tools in her arsenal. These methodologies serve as cornerstones in her efforts to guide and support individuals toward their fullest potential.
Courtney's academic journey began with undergraduate Public Relations and Advertising degrees earned from Florida Southern College. Building on her foundational knowledge, she pursued a Master of Education in Occupational Studies from The University of Georgia, solidifying her expertise in cultivating career development strategies that resonate with diverse individuals.
Driven by a profound purpose to nurture and uplift others, Courtney extends her dedication beyond her professional role. In her spare time, she passionately volunteers with youth leadership development organizations, channeling her energy toward shaping the leaders of tomorrow.
